Advanced Technology

High-Tech Precision. High-Touch Care. Real-World Impact.

At Veranda Dentistry, technology is not about bells and whistles — it is about better diagnoses, more conservative treatment, faster healing, and fewer complications. Every system we invest in must directly improve patient outcomes, comfort, or efficiency. The result is dentistry that is precise, proactive, and designed to protect your natural teeth whenever possible.

Same-Day CEREC® Crowns & Veneers

With our in-house CEREC milling system and ceramic oven, we design, fabricate, and deliver custom crowns, veneers, inlays, and onlays in a single visit. Instead of waiting one to two weeks for a lab-fabricated restoration, your ceramic restoration is created on-site using our CNC milling unit and then baked in a high-temperature ceramic oven to optimize strength and color matching.

Because we follow an immediate dentinal sealing protocol, we often reduce the need for future root canal treatment by protecting the tooth structure right away. Same-day restorations also allow us to be more conservative when preparing your tooth — we do not need to remove extra structure simply to make a temporary crown “lock on” for two weeks.

  • No temporaries.
  • No second appointment.
  • No disruption to your schedule.

3D Printing

Our 3D printing technology allows us to fabricate surgical guides for dental implant placement, increasing accuracy and predictability. We also print detailed models and custom night guards directly in our office. This level of control improves fit, efficiency, and turnaround time while enhancing treatment precision.

Yomi® Robotic Dental Implant System

The Yomi dental implant robot assists us in placing implants with extraordinary precision, particularly in complex or full-arch cases. This advanced robotic guidance system allows us to plan implant placement digitally before the procedure and then guides the implant positioning in real time during surgery. By combining detailed 3D imaging with robotic guidance, we are able to place implants exactly where they need to be for optimal function, comfort, and long-term success.

This robotically guided system enhances surgical accuracy, helping ensure optimal implant positioning, improved stability, and more predictable outcomes. Because the system assists with angulation, depth, and positioning, it can also help reduce surgical time, minimize discomfort, and support faster healing for many patients. Most importantly, the Yomi system improves patient safety and confidence in the process, knowing their dental implant procedure is guided by one of the most advanced technologies available in modern implant dentistry.

CBCT 3D Radiology

Since 2013, we have used Cone Beam CT (CBCT) technology to diagnose and plan treatment in three dimensions. This allows us to evaluate bone structure, nerve positioning, airway anatomy, impacted wisdom teeth, and root canal conditions with significantly greater clarity than traditional 2D imaging.

This level of detail improves accuracy in implant placement, surgical procedures, and endodontic diagnosis — helping us plan smarter and treat more predictably.

Pearl AI® X-Ray Monitoring & Review

Pearl AI enhances our diagnostic ability by identifying areas that may be developing early cavities. This allows us to intervene sooner — often non-surgically — without numbing or drilling. The goal is prevention and minimal intervention whenever possible.

Curodont®

Curodont is an innovative peptide-based treatment introduced in the U.S. in 2019 after FDA clearance. With a single application, it helps your body naturally remineralize and reverse early “starter” cavities between teeth over a two-to-three-year period. In many cases, these early lesions become undetectable on x-rays. This means we can often treat cavities before they require fillings — preserving more of your natural tooth.

Laser Therapy

Our dental lasers play a major role in periodontal (gum) therapy. Laser light penetrates deep into gum pockets, disinfecting areas where toothbrush bristles, floss, and even traditional hand instruments cannot fully reach. By targeting bacteria at the microscopic level, we improve gum healing and long-term stability.

Ozone Therapy & Ozonated Water Lines

Ozone therapy enhances periodontal treatment by disinfecting gum tissue and bone, helping eliminate bacteria, viruses, and fungi. Additionally, all of our water lines are ozonated. This means every aerosolized water droplet used during your appointment contains disinfecting ozone. Clean water is not enough — we go further to ensure the safest possible clinical environment.

Piezo® Surgical Instrument

The Piezo surgical system uses ultrasonic vibrations instead of traditional drills when working near delicate structures. This is particularly valuable during sinus augmentation procedures for dental implants. The precision of Piezo technology reduces risk and increases safety when operating in sensitive anatomical areas.

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) Therapy

PRP therapy uses your own blood’s natural growth factors to accelerate healing. We incorporate PRP into bone grafting, dental implant procedures, extractions, and wisdom tooth surgeries. By placing concentrated platelets directly into surgical sites, we promote faster tissue regeneration and reduce the risk of complications such as dry socket or post-operative infection.

OraVerse®

OraVerse allows us to reverse dental anesthetics after a procedure. For busy patients who need to return to work, parenting, or daily responsibilities, this means less lingering numbness and a quicker return to normal function. Although introduced in 2008, many patients are surprised to learn it is available — and appreciate the convenience.
